1. Overview
Vordalonthep offers a 14-day return policy for eligible purchases made through our website at https://vordalonthep.ddd. This policy applies to consumers in Norway and is in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).
2. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
Under Norwegian law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This period begins on the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period. You can do so by:

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product must not have been used, damaged, or tampered with
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt)
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at call-us-ask@vordalonthep.world to notify us of your intention to return, within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any relevant reference number.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is attributable to unnecessary handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, properties, and function.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at call-us-ask@vordalonthep.world with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened dietary supplement products (for hygiene and health protection reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period without prior agreement
